File a Warranty Claim

One claim can cover one or more failed drivers. You will receive a claim reference by email, and an RMA number within five working days of a complete submission.

Before you start, have ready

  • a legible photograph of each unit's batch label (model, batch number, date code) — this is the primary basis of every determination;
  • photographs of the fault area, and of the front and rear of each unit;
  • your amplifier model, high-pass / crossover / limiter settings, and enclosure details;
  • the purchase invoice or PO reference, if available — either an invoice or a legible date code is enough.

A claim reference is emailed to you on submission. The full policy is on the warranty page.

1. Who is claiming

2. Purchase

Either an invoice or a legible date code on the batch label is enough to establish the warranty period.

3. Products

One row per model + date code. The model designation and date code are printed on the batch label (e.g. 186FIND, 142FCD).

4. System and drive conditions

These details let us assess the claim quickly and fairly — a complete picture avoids follow-up questions.

For vented, bandpass or horn-loaded enclosures, a subsonic (high-pass) filter set at or above the box tuning frequency is a condition of the warranty (policy clause 6.2).

5. Fault description *

6. Photographs *

At least two: one clearly showing the batch label and one showing the fault. Front/rear and system photos help. 2–8 files, JPG/PNG/WEBP/HEIC, max 10 MB each.
